Commitment to Food Safety
Food safety is paramount to our business. We are committed to maintaining and continuously improving our product quality and food safety standards.
Our Quality Management Team implements and monitors a Quality Assurance (QA) program in accordance to regulatory guidelines from the Sabah Department of Veterinary Services & Animal Industry (JPHPT) and the Sabah State Health Department. We maintain a sampling program which takes regularly samples throughout our entire value chain from our farms to processing facilities and delivery vehicles to ensure the bacteria control measures in place are effective.
Our quality management system is designed and implemented in line with the Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) standards. We are also certified under the Food Safety 1Malaysia Scheme or better known as Skim Keselamatan 1Malaysia (SK1M).
